We strive to provide accurate, complete, and updated product details. However:

  • Some specifications may vary slightly due to manufacturers’ updates.

  • For refurbished/open-box laptops, minor cosmetic wear is expected.

  • Colors and appearance may vary slightly based on screen settings.

  • Accessories (chargers) may be original or high-quality compatible, depending on the model.

USA Tech Pakistan is not liable for minor discrepancies that do not affect product performance.

🔹 4. Pricing & Availability

  • All prices listed are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

  • Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

  • Discounts, promotions, or offers may be time-limited.

  • In case of human or technical pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

If a product is out of stock after you place the order, we will notify you immediately and offer a refund or alternative option.

🔹 5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

A. Order Acceptance

Your order is considered accepted only when:

  • We confirm it via call, WhatsApp, or email.

  • Payment is verified (for prepaid orders).

B. Cancellation by Customer

  • You may cancel an order before it is shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • For COD orders, refusal to receive the parcel may result in blacklisting.

C. Cancellation by USA Tech Pakistan

We may cancel an order due to:

  • Payment issues

  • Stock unavailability

  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

A full refund (if any) will be provided.

🔹 6. Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (selected cities)

  • Bank Transfer

  • JazzCash / Easypaisa

  • Credit/Debit Card (if enabled on Shopify)

For COD orders:
Verification via WhatsApp or call may be required before shipping.

🔹 7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery time: 2–5 working days depending on your location.

  • We use TCS, M&P, Leopard, and reliable courier partners.

  • Delivery delays caused by courier services or weather conditions are beyond our control.

  • The customer must provide correct address and contact details.

USA Tech Pakistan is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

🔹 8. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Returns are accepted only under conditions mentioned in our Refund & Return Policy.
You must:

  • Notify us within the given time frame

  • Provide unboxing video/pictures (if required)

  • Return the item in original condition (box, charger, accessories)

We reserve the right to decline returns if the product shows signs of misuse, damage, tampering, or unapproved repairs.

Refunds are processed only after inspection and confirmation.

🔹 9. Warranty Terms

Warranty type varies per product:

  • Brand New Laptops: International/Local warranty

  • Open-Box / Refurbished: Store checking warranty only

  • Warranty does not cover:

    • Liquid damage

    • Physical damage

    • Software issues (Windows, drivers, viruses)

    • Unauthorized repairs

    • Overclocking/mining damage

Warranty claims must be submitted with proof (invoice + device details).

By using our store, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal and delivery information

  • Not engage in fraudulent activities

  • Use the product responsibly

  • Avoid violating any local cyber or consumer laws

Any malicious or illegal use of the website will result in account termination.

  • Minor cosmetic wear on refurbished products

  • Loss of data from laptops

  • Damage caused by misuse or mishandling

  • Software-related issues

  • Third-party modifications or repairs

Maximum liability will never exceed the actual purchase amount.

Users must not:

  • Use the website for illegal purposes

  • Upload harmful code (malware, ransomware, scripts)

  • Attempt unauthorized access to servers

  • Violate intellectual property rights

Any such action may result in legal consequences.
