REFUND, RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY

Our goal at USA Tech Pakistan is to provide high-quality, original laptops with full transparency.
Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Eligibility for Return / Replacement

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days ONLY if:

  • The product is damaged on arrival

  • The laptop is not as described

  • The laptop has a technical fault detected within 7 days

  • Accessories are missing

The product must include:

  • Original box

  • Accessories

  • Charger

  • Warranty card (if available)

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns are NOT accepted if:

  • Physical damage caused by the customer

  • Liquid damage

  • Laptop altered or tampered

  • Software issues (Windows crash, virus, etc.)

  • Battery timing variation (normal for used/refurbished devices)

  • Change of mind after use

  • GPU/CPU stress issues caused by mining or overclocking

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are approved only when:

  • A product is out of stock

  • Replacement is not possible

  • Major defect is confirmed by our technician

Refund processing time:

  • 3–7 working days (Bank / JazzCash / Easypaisa)

COD refunds require a bank account.

4. Warranty Policy

A. Brand New Laptops

May include:

  • International warranty

  • Local warranty

  • Store warranty (specified on product page)

B. Imported Refurbished / Open-Box

Comes with:

  • Checking warranty (1–7 days, depending on the model)

  • Hardware warranty if mentioned

Software issues are not covered under warranty.

5. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order:

  • Before shipping — free

  • After shipping — shipping charges must be paid

  • COD orders require verification by phone or WhatsApp

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are provided only if:

  • The product is unused

  • All accessories and packaging are intact

  • Exchange request is made within 48 hours
